Pledging a 5 year commitment to City of Hope

January 8, 2021
2020 has been a year full of challenges. The global pandemic has shown us just how important our health is, and how valuable innovation and research can be, especially in the medical field.

To start this new year off strongly with hope, Vima One Step at a Time has pledged a 5 year donation commitment to City of Hope and the James Waisman Endowment for Breast Cancer Research and Treatment. This Endowment is named after Dr. James Waisman, one of Southern California’s best known and most respected experts on breast cancer. Loved by his patients and colleagues, Dr. Waisman has spearheaded a lot of the research geared towards the treatment and understanding of breast cancer, while continuing to actively practice.

City of Hope will be commemorating Vima One Step at a Time on the Main Donor Wall in Helford Research Hospital and the Women’s Center Donor Wall in the Geri and Richard Brawerman Ambulatory Care Center. We are deeply humbled and honored to be a part of this legacy.
